Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within a maximum of four (4) days from the date of successful delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Return requests must be initiated through official customer support channels within the prescribed period.
Food items, perishable goods, fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, and similar consumable products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product, and credited through the original payment method or other approved modes.
P2Mart.com reserves the right to accept or reject return requests in accordance with this policy.
Delivery Policy
P2Mart.com delivers products only to locations that are serviceable based on logistics availability.
Fresh food products, including fruits and vegetables, are available for delivery exclusively within Jajpur Road, Odisha and selected nearby PIN codes.
For customers located within Jajpur Road, Odisha, eligible food and daily-need products are offered home delivery within approximately 2 hours from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and operational conditions.
Perishable food products are not eligible for long-distance or outstation delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
Non-food products such as clothing, footwear, bags, and accessories may be delivered to other approved locations as per delivery partner coverage.
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or operational delays.
