Within Jajpur Road, Odisha, eligible products may be delivered within approximately 2 hours of order confirmation, subject to operational conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery, subject to policy conditions.
Food products, fresh fruits, vegetables, and perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
